1.1 Azzurra (hereinafter: “Azzurra,” “we” or “the Company”) operates this Site as an online store only (no physical locations).
1.2 Purpose of the Site: sale of swimwear and related apparel, customer service, order management, and online support.
2. Eligibility and Acceptance
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to form binding obligations via this Site.
2.2 Your use of the Site constitutes an unconditional acceptance of all these Terms, including any linked policies (Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, etc.).
3. User Account
3.1 Some services (e.g., placing orders, viewing purchase history) require registration and a user account.
3.2 You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information (full name, email, phone) and keep your password confidential.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity under your account, including purchases, reviews, or cancellation requests.
4. Ordering and Payment Process
4.1 Product Selection: Each product page displays images, descriptions, size charts, and prices.
4.2 Secure Payment: We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc., excluding direct debit) and PayPal. Payments are processed by a secure third-party provider.
4.3 Order Confirmation: Your purchase is completed only once your credit card or PayPal payment is authorized and you receive an email confirmation.
4.4 Pricing: All prices are in NIS and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout.
5. Availability, Stock & Changes
5.1 We update stock levels in our system, but delays between online and physical inventory may occur.
5.2 Azzurra reserves the right to change any product offerings, sizes, colors, images, descriptions, or prices at any time without prior notice.
5.3 In the event of a one-time error (e.g., incorrect price or description), Azzurra may cancel or correct your order and will notify you accordingly.
6. Product Descriptions & Images
6.1 Product images are for illustration only; actual appearance or color may vary.
6.2 Please follow our size chart and measure yourself accordingly—Azzurra is not responsible for sizing errors.
7. Shipping & Delivery
7.1 Shipments are handled by external courier services. Delivery in Israel: up to 7 business days (Sun–Thu).
7.2 Shipping fees vary by destination and will be displayed during checkout.
7.3 Azzurra is not responsible for delays caused by special delivery locations, force majeure, or incorrect details provided by the customer.
7.4 Once you receive a tracking number, please contact the courier for delivery updates.
8. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

8.1 You may cancel or return orders before or after shipment under the conditions, fees, and handling charges set out in that policy.
8.2 Swim bottoms may not be returned once unsealed, per Ministry of Health guidelines.
8.3 Swim tops may only be exchanged for store credit.
8.4 Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
9. User Content & Reviews
9.1 You may post product reviews, but you must refrain from uploading offensive, racist, inappropriate, or third-party infringing content.
9.2 Azzurra reserves the right to edit, remove, or reject any user submissions at its sole discretion.
10. External Links
10.1 The Site may contain links to third-party websites not owned by Azzurra. We are not responsible for their content or terms of use.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All copyrights, trademarks, and patents in the Site’s content (text, logos, images, code) belong to Azzurra or its licensors.
11.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
12. Privacy & Personal Data
12.1 The site operator undertakes that the customer’s personal details (name, email address, phone number, and any other information provided during use of the site) will not be transferred, sold, or rented to external third parties, except in the following cases only:
When required by a judicial order or other binding legal obligation;
To prevent misuse or fraud against the customer or the site operator;
When the user has committed an act causing harm to the site operator or a third party, and the transfer of data is necessary for legal defense.
In all other cases, use of the information will be strictly limited to operating the site, processing orders, and maintaining contact with the customer.

20.2 Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Tel-Aviv–Jaffa.
